Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting cycle counts as directed.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using dock equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all orders meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on powered industrial trucks and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk throughout the facility.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
