Responsibilities
- Assist with Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers in an efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock, check for damaged goods, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA standards.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate basic material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time.
- Communication: Basic English language skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
