Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately for domestic and international shipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, errors, or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic inventory counts and update digital inventory systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory for this role.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for counting, weighing, and measuring packages.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a standard background check.
- Willingness to learn new machinery and safety protocols quickly.
