Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in warehouse management system
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Pick and pack customer orders with zero-tolerance for errors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
