Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to client specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using scanning technology
- Organize and maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets
- Adapt to dynamic warehouse environments and shifting priorities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tasks
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Reliable transportation to North Memphis distribution centers
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment screening
