Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and compliant workspace following OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems
