Responsibilities
- Execute pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and report any discrepancies to the inventory supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
