Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying contents against delivery manifests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills for scanning and data entry.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
