Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas including loading docks and storage zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
