Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks and transport them to designated storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Packaging: Properly package and label products to ensure safe delivery and compliance with shipping standards.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S methodologies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Day or Night shift options available).
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
