Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and label inventory with high accuracy to ensure seamless distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
