Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for forklift operation training)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
