Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load, unload, and move products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory according to company standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and accuracy before signing off.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logging for inventory tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
