Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect received shipments for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Package and label goods securely for shipment using appropriate materials and machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks) and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
