Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory counts and stock reconciliation for weekend shifts.
- Load and unload freight trucks utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Package and label merchandise for shipment with strict attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse workspace.
- Assist in the organization of storage aisles and pallet stacking.
- Collaborate with the shift supervisor to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but training may be provided.
