Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Shipping Preparation: Label packages, apply shipping materials, and prepare documentation.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
