Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise onto pallets or shelves according to company safety and efficiency standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, with precision and care.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the packing and shipping process, ensuring packages are securely prepared for transit.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Brooklyn facility.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
