Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid Driver's License and a reliable form of transportation.
- Math Skills: Basic proficiency in reading order tickets and performing simple math calculations.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
