As a Weekend Temp Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our clients receive their orders accurately and on time. We pride ourselves on a safe, inclusive, and fast-paced culture.
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock and materials, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including cycle counting and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely distribution of goods.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Forklift certification (preferred, but training may be available).
