Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship goods in a climate-controlled warehouse setting
- Operate electric pallet jacks and hand trucks with precision and safety awareness
- Conduct inventory counts using RF scanners and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company standards
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using forklifts (certification provided)
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License (required for forklift operation training)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexibility to work early morning/night shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Reliable transportation to the 456 Industrial Blvd location
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
