Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Load and unload freight trucks with proper equipment operation
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Complete quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certified)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to Northside Indianapolis location
- Flexible availability for 8-12 hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
