Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick orders from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipping.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report issues immediately.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Work closely with the shipping department to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- License: Forklift certification (if applicable to role) or willingness to get certified.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for our weekly pay structure.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand written instructions and communicate with team members.
