Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in racking systems
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as directed
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all company safety and quality protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to 789 Logistics Drive
- Flexible availability for 8-12 hour shifts (days/afternoons)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
- Must be able to stand for entire shift
