Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-level meetings and conference calls.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including email and phone inquiries, with a professional demeanor.
- Prepare and edit professional documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date databases and filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flight bookings and itineraries.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk or during events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
