Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex meeting schedules
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Assist with onboarding processes for new temporary staff
- Support departmental projects including data entry and report compilation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
