Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, faxes, and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry into company databases and CRM systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management staff.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Assist in inventory management and office supply ordering as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work on-site in Detroit, MI.
