- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support data entry, record-keeping, and file maintenance systems
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and vendor communications
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation materials
- Provide backup coverage for front desk reception duties as needed
Qualifications
