Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across departments
- Handle confidential correspondence and document preparation with meticulous attention to detail
- Process expense reports and invoices using QuickBooks software
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Support team operations through inventory management and supply procurement
- Assist with onboarding processes for new temporary staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
