Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and behavioral assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from requisition to placement
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Implement creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes
- Represent Elite Tech Staffing at industry events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong network of Bay Area tech professionals
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
