Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates using advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, software development, and data science roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with 15+ tech companies in San Diego
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments
- Optimize recruitment pipeline using Greenhouse and Bullhorn ATS platforms
- Drive candidate experience initiatives with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Weekly reporting on KPIs including time-to-fill and submission-to-interview ratios
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in San Diego's tech sector
- Expert knowledge of local talent market and competitive compensation structures
- Proven track record placing engineers, developers, and IT professionals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, cloud platforms, and DevOps
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with 85%+ offer acceptance rate
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
