Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings in specialized industries

Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success placing candidates in DC government, tech, or finance sectors
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and major recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
- Strong understanding of DC's unique hiring landscape and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring with minimal supervision
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
