Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates across Las Vegas' hospitality, healthcare, and gaming sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement using ATS and CRM systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with 50+ active employer clients
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct 15+ daily candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Drive revenue generation through commission-based placements
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction score through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Lever)
- Strong Las Vegas professional network preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to close 5+ placements monthly
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
