Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone and email to employees.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and maintain the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira) with a focus on high response times.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Conduct regular software updates and security patches on company devices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
