Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 200+ employees across diverse systems
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
- Resolve complex network and security incidents (VPN, firewalls, Active Directory)
- Execute hardware refresh cycles and asset management protocols
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Support hybrid work infrastructure (VPN, MFA, endpoint security)
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support with Windows environment expertise
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for network/SaaS applications
- Experience with SCCM/MEM and Intune deployment
- Strong documentation and communication abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
- Valid Ohio driver's license for equipment transport
