Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make data-driven adjustments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including regular status reports and risk mitigation planning.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure deliverables meet client specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical and process bottlenecks effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or Software Development sector (minimum 5 years).
- Strong familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a contract capacity while collaborating with remote teams.
- PMP, CAPM, or PSM I certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
