Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring all materials are handled with care and placed in the correct designated areas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the counting, sorting, and recording of inventory items to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Efficiently pack orders for shipment using appropriate materials, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed), to move materials within the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure that all quality standards are met before dispatch.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
