Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory according to company standards.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items and ensuring they are packed securely for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for high-performers.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Forklift Certification: Current forklift certification is a major plus.
