Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare agendas for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc projects and special events coordination.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace for all team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in office administration are a plus.
