Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into our CRM and internal databases.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide product information and assist with order processing and returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
