Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Input and update customer account information accurately in our database systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve complex account issues.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate them to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
