- Maintain Accurate Records: Perform precise data entry and document all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Enhance Service Quality: Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and operations to ensure seamless customer journeys.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
