Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and problem resolution.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into our CRM and internal databases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts.
