Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using the internal CRM system.
- Update and maintain customer databases and filing systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with data entry tasks and generate weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve delivery issues and track shipments.

- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
