- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries and route messages to the appropriate team members.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and client luncheons.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or office coordination is required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
