Responsibilities

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items promptly.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Assist with general office logistics, including supply management and reception duties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or data entry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and available for the full duration of the contract.
