Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles across diverse industries
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with 50+ Fortune 500 clients in DC metro area
- Execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Lead candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations with precision
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven staffing solutions to clients
- Manage CRM pipeline and optimize recruitment KPIs weekly
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven placement record
- Expertise in technical recruiting (IT, engineering, data science) highly preferred
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or other ATS platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Valid DC-area driver's license for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification advantageous
