Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place high-caliber candidates across technical, executive, and specialized roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service and market insights
- Leverage ATS tools and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with a proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for Bay Area tech/finance sectors
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong network of local tech and finance professionals

- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
