Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Leverage Boolean/X-ray sourcing, GitHub scraping, and niche tech forums to identify passive candidates
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Boston-area tech startups and enterprise clients
- Conduct deep-dive technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements
- Optimize candidate experience through personalized communication and transparent feedback loops
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to position candidates competitively
- Maintain 95% fill rate for urgent priority roles within 30-day SLA
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with Boston-area tech companies or agencies
- Expertise in sourcing for cloud/AWS, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and FinTech roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical roles monthly
- Technical aptitude to assess candidates for complex engineering positions
- Strong negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) + Boolean mastery
- BS/BA in Business, HR, or Technical field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 50+ placements at companies like Google, HubSpot, or Wayfair
