Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in Seattle metro area
- Spearhead urgent hiring initiatives with 24-72 hour turnaround targets
- Leverage Boolean sourcing to identify passive candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Conduct technical interviews for engineering roles using whiteboard challenges
- Negotiate compensation packages with 95% offer acceptance rate
- Develop client relationships through weekly pipeline reviews and strategic planning
- Maintain 95% fill rate for critical healthcare staffing contracts
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in Seattle market
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools
- Proven track record filling urgent contract-to-hire roles
- Ability to conduct behavioral interviews using STAR methodology
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Familiarity with Washington State labor regulations
- Exceptional time management for simultaneous high-priority searches
- Portfolio of 50+ successfully placed candidates in 2023
