Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates for hard-to-fill roles in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offers
- Develop client relationships and provide strategic staffing solutions
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry talent trends
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team training programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success placing candidates in technical or healthcare roles
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong knowledge of Denver's local talent market and compensation trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
